      This revision aims to further promote order in the company. In January of this year the company adapted the 5S, a system that promotes cleanliness as well as orderliness in a workplace. The 5S is a major part of this code of discipline revision.

      The revisions in the code of discipline include:

  1. Punctuality – the firm imposes stricter rules on punctuality. This includes attendance and being late. The firm gives recognition for staff members who were not late or do not have absences during the working month.
  2. 5S – This program consists of sorting, straighten (or set in order), sweeping, standardizing, and sustaining (the discipline).
  3. Proper decorum – the company promotes proper decorum in the workplace. This includes the dress code. All staff members must dress presentably within the company premises.

Other revisions are in the revised code of discipline.

      In spite of these revisions, the company assures its employees of better compensation, and that these implementations will not only better the company as a whole, but the staff members as individuals as well.

      The company is more on rewards system than sanctions system. It believes that positive sanction motivates a staff member. To sustain these revised rules, the company has formed a disciplinary committee, with its human resource manager as the committee head. 

      The company started implementing these revisions in April of 2009.
